Before the conference day

Imagine waking your team up nice and early to a morning exercise session to wake and invigorate them. Closely followed by a healthy breakfast or maybe a swim first. They will be ready for the conference day as they are alert, awake and feeling fresh and most importantly, energised, ready to have input into the day. The endorphins are running throughout the body, stimulating the mind to absorb important conference content and process it.

During the conference day

Energisers and Ice breakers: These are great short and sharp sessions especially designed to resharpen the mind and once again stimulate the endorphins. These activities are are based around fun with quick decision making, fast communication and normally prize giving outcomes! Energisers normally run from 5 minutes to 60 minutes.

After the conference day

Instead of heading to the bar, the group would meet in a park or beach nearby for some fun activities like beach volleyball, Ultimatre frisbee, Yoga, Pilates, Bootcamp or something meditative like Tai Chi. These afternoon sessions normally run for around 1 hour, leaving enough time to spruce up for dinner. After dinner, we suggest a meditation session to relax and unwind the mind, preparing it for a good night's sleep before repeating again tomorrow.
