Today, we were incredibly proud to donate seven brand-new children’s bikes to the Inala Child Safety Service Centre. Moments like these are a powerful reminder that team-building activities can create a real and lasting impact far beyond the workplace.

These bikes were generously donated through an induction program we proudly facilitate each month for Australian Retirement Trust. As part of the experience, participants work together to earn, build, and assemble bikes that are then gifted directly to children and families in need throughout the community.

Each month, between seven and 12 bikes are donated, helping bring excitement, confidence, and joy to children who may otherwise go without. Watching the bikes being handed over is always a special moment, and it is something that continues to inspire everyone involved.

Programs like this are a fantastic example of how team building can go beyond just fun and engagement. They create meaningful connections, strengthen teamwork and communication, and at the same time give back to the local community in a truly positive way.
